|
The purpose of this paper is to analyze substance of the socialization of care work in Japan. Actually look at what the details of the socialization of care work mean in addition ultimately study what the direction aims. As the socialization of care in Japan is a direction of policy coming together introduction of Long-term care insurance this study is analyzed the substance aimed at the socialization of care is effect under Long term care insurance. To be specific care work dealt with private work in our family so far and now that is the way can be socialization divided into the cost and replacement service was typed three ways with a nation as the center. They are marketization (nation-market), refamilialization (nation - family), non-profit (nation- non-profitable organization). On the basis of regulation in a market and autonomic race in method of marketing and defamilialization emphasizing user`s responsibility that an argument of care work beginning is carrying out the way of refamilialization encouraging family again than the socialization of care work by public service of nation. About this analyzes non-profit, degenderization in ways appeared newly and emphasized constructing alternative system by the socialization of care work will be needed.
